The ML-50 Moisture Analyzer from A&D Weighing is designed to provide quick and highly accurate moisture measurements, even with small sample sizes, thanks to its Super Hybrid Sensor (SHS) technology. This analyzer is ideal for rapid loss-on-drying methods, with a capacity of 51 grams and readability to 0.005g, allowing you to determine moisture content down to 0.1%. It features Second Radiant Assist (SRA) technology that ensures faster and uniform heating with a halogen lamp.
With user-friendly operation, the ML-50 offers four heating modes—standard, quick, step, and ramp—to adapt to various sample types for precise drying results. The moisture analyzer also includes five selectable measurement programs (Standard, Quick, Automatic, Timer, Manual) to suit different processes and materials. It boasts a large, easy-to-read VFD display that clearly shows settings, changes in moisture content, and other crucial data.
Safety and reliability are paramount in the design of the ML-50, featuring an ergonomic design to prevent burn injuries and facilitate efficient sample handling. It also includes self-check functions to ensure proper operation.
