Shipping policy

Free FedEx Ground or UPS Ground shipping applies to online orders of $500 or more when the item weighs less than 100 lbs (actual or dimensional weight), does not require crating or palletizing, and does not require freight shipping, which may be determined after the order is placed. This offer is valid only for deliveries within the contiguous United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).

Free Ground Shipping does not apply to demo, used, refurbished, or clearance units, nor to any orders exceeding 100 lbs (actual or dimensional weight). Additional exclusions may apply.

For items over 100 lbs, freight rates will apply.

International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL, where available.
