This model offers a temperature range of ambient +5°C to 500°C and a 15L capacity, as well as an easy to clean ceramic top. The Guardian 5000's SmartHousing™ stays cool to the touch and is chemical resistant and offers IP21 Ingress Protection. The polycarbonate front panel includes control knobs and an On/Off switch for heater disconnect. The EG51HP07C offers safety features such as a hot top indicator light, audible alarm, and automatic shut off of the heater in the event of a malfunction.
